We eat with our eyes. If the food is appetizing, then that will go along way in having the eater enjoy what's on the plate you serve. You know, this plating business is one of the reasons why taking up photography is on my 40 Before 40 list...I want the food that I present to you on this blog to be as beautiful as it tastes when I served it up!
