I'm not ready to totally obsess over sauces and dips just yet. There are quite a few other dishes I want to make before I start going sauce and dip crazy, but I'm getting there...You know, they look so easy to make, but one wrong move, a little too much butter, not enough time reducing, or a wrong balance of something or other, and you have a mess on your plate instead of a DEE-LISH accompaniment to a DEE-LISH plate.
