Video: Mofungo and Tostones and DEE-LISH Combo

I use to go to a Haitian restaurant in North Miami, FL called Nuvo Kafe (sadly now closed after a fire), and this is where I was introduced to a Puerto Rican / Dominican dish called Mofungo. Even though mofungo was an appetizer on the menu, I'd pair it with some Banan Peze a.k.a. Tostones and I'd be fully satisfied!
