Video of the Day: How to Boil An Egg

When I came across this video I thought it was a joke! But this is a video from About.com, and this guy helped me learn how to make ravioli, so I don't think this was a joke. 

But here's the thing, I don't understand what the confusion is. Drop it in water, boil, wait 15-20, then turn off the heat. Cool the eggs before you peel or else you'll burn your hands.  When I was 8 years old my yolk turned green, and I began playing with the cook time until I found what works.  I'm just so annoyed...

But if you need help more help and extra useless steps, here's a pretty good video. Wow though...how to boil an egg? REALLY???
