Video of the Day: How to Dice An Onion

I've seen this technique on some of my favorite cooking shows and competitions many times over.  I can't tell you how many times I've tried to dice my onions and get those cute perfect pieces.  I'm just going to have to keep trying until I get it right! Enjoy this video! :-)
