Sassy Sauces and Seasoning: Creamy Cilantro Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 avocado,  ripe
3/4 cup cilantro, packed
1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Puree all in blender until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Chill.
